Another practical feature of GEMI 70.FD is the optional door locking principle which allows to use the rst leaf as an entrance door without affecting the folding capacity of the system.
GEMI 70.FD combines high insulation and comfort with maximal transparency and aesthetics. This folding door system optimizes your way of living by drawing the exterior into your home, with a minimum of space usage. This high performance system offers different opening types, both inward and outward, to meet all possible requirements. Apart from the standard folding elements, GEMI 70.FD can feature a main door principle, in which the first leaf is used as an entrance door without affecting the other folding leafs.
GEMI 70.FD is available in 4 different threshold solutions, from high performance to low and even flush thresholds, in order to perfectly match all comfort and aesthetic requirements. Additionally, the GEMI 70.FD can perfectly be combined with the CS systems for windows, doors and curtain walls.
Slimmer profile available
Next to the functional design, the CF 77 is supplemented with a Slim-Line variant, the CF 77-SL, featuring a narrower visible width. Both designs are available in four different door sill solutions:
High Performance, Double Weather Seal, Low Threshold and Flat Bottom Solution.
The High Performance option offers maximum performance in terms of air, wind and water resistance. The Double Weather Seal solution combines good air, wind and water resistance with decreased threshold and is well suited for renovation projects. The Low Threshold option offers a rise of only
18 mm and nally the Flat Bottom solution allows easy passage and maximum convenience for high traf c.
